Uncommon Leadership training is meant to equip and empower you to lead, teach, and shepherd your people well. This training represents a model that unites Biblical Discipleship and Biblical Soul Care to increase your effectiveness in making disciples of Jesus the Christ like He did.
“Go therefore and make disciples.” – Matthew 28:19
Uncommon Leadership 101
Uncommon Leadership 101 is all about excelling at the mission Jesus gave His disciples two thousand years ago. It’s a mission He calls all Christ followers to be involved in today, within our communities. The goal of UL 101 is to effectively equip God’s people to fulfill that mission as a fruitful and uncommon leader. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to grow as a disciple of Jesus, as we strive together in an uncommon community, bent on caring out His mission of disciple making!
Uncommon Leadership 201
Uncommon Leadership 201 curriculum builds on the foundation of Uncommon Leadership 101. As leaders, we are teaching God’s people “to observe all that [Jesus] commanded” (Matthew 28:19–20), and this dynamic training will take you to the core doctrines for building disciples. Learn how your leadership flows from the authority of God’s Word, the power of your identity in Christ, and the process of change in uncommon community.
Uncommon Leadership 301
Uncommon Leadership 101 laid the foundation for discipleship and care within the small group setting. Uncommon Leadership 201 established the foundational doctrines for ministry. Uncommon Leadership 301 builds on these trainings by instituting the leadership oversight role of the Coach. The Coach’s role offers leadership to the Small Group Leaders through counsel, consultation, and cultivation of disciple-making skills with the hope of leading their groups well and overseeing the multiplication of groups and leaders (like Exodus 18:13-27; Jesus and the Gospels; 2 Timothy 2:2).
